Maame Conduah is education program associate at the Right Question Institute, where she serves to connect with educators, support educator events and programming, and assess program impact to inform our work at RQI.
She is passionate about increasing accessibility in education and contributing to community-focused education efforts. Her previous professional experiences centered on providing access to STEAM resources, training, and curriculum for educators serving underrepresented populations. This involved dedicated efforts to support minority students, students in rural areas, and neurodiverse students. Leadership and mentorship have both been core components of Maame’s background, reinforcing her commitment to community building.
Maame holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Carnegie Mellon University — an interdisciplinary degree where her main concentration was mechanical engineering. She is a native of Worcester, Massachusetts, and of Ghanaian ethnicity.
Outside of work, she engages in various creative passion projects, ranging from documentary production to learning to sew.
