Naomi Campbell, director of RQI’s Empowerment Program, was recently a guest on the podcast Curated Questions, hosted by Ken Woodward.
The podcast celebrates the power of questions, and Naomi and Ken discussed the sense of power and agency that stems from asking questions, questions in legal education, and many other topics.
One of Ken’s reflections during the episode captures how transformational questions can be for agency: “Teaching questioning skills creates lasting empowerment rather than temporary assistance. The skill becomes increasingly necessary as rights are stripped away and the need to question power becomes more pressing and costly.”
