Engaging Families Using the Right Question School-Family Partnership Strategy

In collaboration with the Daviess County Public Schools central office, the Right Question Institute will deliver two trainings for teachers, staff, family advocates, family engagement council members, and other community members of Daviess County to use the Question Formulation Technique (QFT) to support and partner more effectively with parents and families.

In this training, participants will:

• Actively experience the Question Formulation Technique (QFT) and the Support, Monitor, and Advocate Model
• Reflect on the value of the Support, Monitor, and Advocate Model and how they might integrate it into work with families
• Learn how to integrate the QFT into parent-teacher conferences to engage all parents and leave with resources to support this
