Anika Arditi is a Research Intern with the Question Formulation Theory Program at the Right Question Institute. She reviews qualitative data and gathers information from literature in fields including neuroscience, cognitive science, and education for RQI’s work on question formulation. Anika is a junior at Tufts University, majoring in psychology, with minors in child development and education.
Anika has previous experience as a teacher’s assistant, tutor, and camp counselor. She feels deeply about the importance of education and children’s personal growth. Most recently, Anika worked at The Welcome Project, a Somerville organization that empowers the local immigrant community to more fully engage in civic life. She is currently also a research assistant in the Social Identity and Stigma Lab at Tufts, which focuses on research related to stigma, prejudice, and multiracial stereotyping.
