Brittney Williams is an equity-focused leader who advocates for disadvantaged communities through school, family and community empowerment. Brittney is currently a Harvard Graduate School of Education School Leadership master’s candidate within the School Developer strand. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family, Youth, and Community Services with a minor in Education from the University of Florida. She is also an endorsed Teacher Leader and Teach For America Alumna. Prior to attending Harvard, Brittney was an elementary special education teacher at Liberty Point Elementary in Atlanta, Georgia. She also served as her school’s Social and Emotional Learning Coordinator, and the Community Outreach Chair on the school’s Governance Council.
