Kayla Cha

Kayla Cha is a graduate student at Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Education Policy and Management program. Her experience as a teacher in a high-need neighborhood fueled her passion in wanting to play a role in the education reform to help close the achievement gap and stop systemic oppression of students from marginalized communities. In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her friends and family, exploring new restaurants, leisure reading, and traveling.
