Milica Koscica is director for institutional giving and partnerships at the Right Question Institute, where she is helping to develop a robust grant program to support the organization’s mission.
She is a committed advocate for environmental and social justice with more than 15 years of fund development experience in the nonprofit sector. Most recently, she served as associate director of philanthropy for corporate and foundation relations with The Nature Conservancy. Prior to this role, she worked as a development manager for a national civil and human rights advocacy coalition, and then as the associate executive director of an international peace and development organization working in Vietnam.
Milica holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from American University and a master’s of public administration from Columbia University. She is originally from Serbia, but has lived and worked in Washington, New York, and Seattle, and she is now very excited to call Portland, Oregon, her home.
In her free time, she loves to travel and explore, spend time outdoors near water, and bake for her friends and family. She is currently training to become a yoga teacher.
