Thanks to a grant from the Library of Congress Teaching with Primary Sources (TPS) program, RQI collaborated with seven classroom teachers to develop a series of lesson snapshots that demonstrate how the Question Formulation Technique (QFT) can be used for primary source learning. These lesson snapshots are not just plans; they have been put into action with real students, and contain samples of classroom work as well as reflections from the teacher and students. Many of the teachers featured here tried the process for the very first time for this project, and the snapshots capture the questions, challenges, and unexpected successes they encountered as they implemented the QFT for primary source learning.
